A Simple Meditation

I invite you to this meditation.

(It may best understood in the context of The Simple Model of Physics and Consciousness).

Find a quiet place, and relax. Take several slow, deep, calming breaths. And then with each inhale and exhale, meditate on the lines below. One line for each breath. Internalize them. Feel what the words mean to you. Experience the thoughts, feelings and emotions that arise. Just breathe -

One Truth

Holy (Revered)

Perpetual Now

Walk in Alignment

With no Fear

No Enmity

Only Bliss

Peace

Serve

Love
